"Early Check-in 9am"
At CasaLeTolfe, Check-In is from 3:00 PM onwards.
If you need to make an Early Check-In, we can confirm it for free only the day before your arrival, to ensure that all the apartments you have booked are available.
If you would like to know in advance, you can purchase "Early Check-In 9am" at a cost of 35% of the daily standard rate for all the apartments you have rented.
“Late Check Out 6pm”
The standard check-out is at 11:00 AM.
If your return home is planned for the late afternoon and you would like to enjoy a little more of your vacation before departing, CasaLeTolfe offers the possibility of “Late Check Out 6pm”.
You could continue to use your apartment for luggage storage and to take a shower before leaving the Residence, while still enjoying CasaLeTolfe Residence’s amenities: the Barbecue Area, Swimming Pool (May - October), the Multipurpose Space “Scuderia” with its table tennis, calcio balilla (table football), and many games for children.
Don't forget the scenic walks through our olive groves, vineyards, and woods up to the Bozzone Stream.
The “Late Check Out 6pm” must be purchased for all the apartments booked and costs 50% of the Daily Standard Rate.

HOW TO SELF-CHECK-IN:
- Email info@casaletolfe.com to receive the WEB CHECK-IN link.
- Complete the WEB CHECK-IN to securely submit your documents.
- Send an email or WhatsApp message with a photo of the group leader/head of family with their face next to the document.
- Send your vehicle's license plate number.
- Make sure you have paid in advance.
At CasaLeTolfe, check-in is at 5:00 PM!
If you arrive early on a weekday, you can leave your luggage at Reception from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

If you need early access to your apartment, we can confirm it free of charge just the day before your arrival to ensure all the apartments you booked are available.
If you need advance notice, you can purchase an Early Check-In 9 AM rate for 50% of the standard daily rate for all your apartments.
At CasaLeTolfe, checkout is at 11:00 AM.
If you're scheduled to return home in the late afternoon and would like to enjoy a little more vacation time before leaving, CasaLeTolfe offers a late checkout of 6 PM. This way, you can continue to use your apartment to store your luggage and take a shower before leaving the residence. Continue enjoying your last hours at CasaLeTolfe: the fully equipped kitchen and BBQ area (you only buy food and drinks, CasaLeTolfe provides the rest!), the swimming pool with a breathtaking view (open from May to October), the "Scuderia" with table football and ping pong. You can also venture along the paths through vineyards, olive groves, and woods to the Bozzone stream to swim or enjoy a charming picnic accompanied by the meditative sound of the flowing water.
Enjoy more, at 70% of the daily rate of all the apartments you rent.

APPLIANCES: TV, fans, hair dryers, and portable air conditioning (also known as "Pinguino" in some apartments)
